Flo-Tite Inc. is a manufacturer of high quality ball valves and actuation equipment. Flo-tite’products range from Standard Commercial type Ball Valves to high-pressure metal seated Control Valves. We maintain an inventory of standard valves in Carbon, Stainless Steel and Alloy 20.
Lever Operated Flanged Valves
F150 2 PC Body Design: Class 150 In Cast Steel or SS.
A conventional design ball valve, made to be easily installed or removed from the pipeline. It is one of a few ball valves where its end-to-end or face-to-face dimensions is controlled by ANSI.
Available in Sizes 1/2, 3/4, 1″, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 & 12″ sizes.
F300 2 PC Body Design: Class 300 In Cast Steel or SS.

Air Con II C Series: Includes Mounting Bracket, Coupling, Assembled & Tested.
Pneumatic Rack & Pinion Rotary Actuators
Spring Return & Double Acting
Precision Engineered Actuator Mounting Hardware & Couplers
Threaded End Valves: All Valves are manufactured in strict adherence to internationally recognized standards and specifications, including ANSI/ASME/ISO/NACE and API. In addition to our standard products, we welcome the opportunity to design special Ball Valves and Castings for OEM requirements.
Threaded End – 1 & 2 Piece Body Design: General purpose ball valves commonly used in smaller sized pipelines under three inch in size. These valves tend to be used in more permanent applications where maintenance is seldom required.
Threaded End – 3 Piece Body Design: Three piece body valves area multi-purpose ball valves. They tend to be used in more demanding applications where maintenance will be required on a more frequent basis than 2 piece valves. The 3 piece body’s center section can be removed to allow the valve end caps to be welded without the possibility of damaging the valve seats. Any combination of end connections can be supplied to meet your custom requirements.
CP-SF150 – Performance Series Valves A verstile valve designed for superior control performance and process performance optimization. This standard bore valve is ideal for clean or dirty liquids, gases, and fiborous suspension applications. Valves are available with a variety of either ‘V’ or slotted shapes and can be custom designed to meet most control requirements. | |||

Flo Tite Valves – Fusible Link Assemblies for Emergency Operations
Description
Design Features;
– Automatic closure in the event of a fire
– Link is UL & FM approved
– Fire safe certified valve
– 1/4″ to 3″ valves can be manually operable, excluding the need for two valves
– On 4″ and larger valves a manual de-clutchable override is added so the assembly can readily be operated or re-engaged when replacing the fusible
– Optional equipment includes limit switches on these emergency shut-off valves, to give you a light or alarm in the event of a fire

Control valves are considered the most important element in the control loop. For many years, the common globe valve was the traditional control element in the process industry. However, these valves have many drawbacks along with their fine qualities as control valves. Many important features like shutoff capability, flow capacity, dynamic stability, operating forces, stem leakage, handling of dirty fluid, weight and bulkiness as well as maintenance and cost have led valve manufacturers to seek other solutions for the right valve technology. Recently, quarter turn ball valves have been applied to many control applications with great success. The simple ball valve construction along with a new controlling device has introduced to the industrial market a controlling element solution that can be utilized in many applications. The ball valve has many advantages over the globe valve due to its inherent high flow capacity, floating ball design, seat wiping action and rotary stem. These together with a new seat technology and modular building of computer linked control elements give the ball valve superiority and cost effective performance in the fast growing world of modern technology.
